摘要: “供应链管理实验教学案例”是基于《VBSE虚拟商业社会环境》课程中的实验教学案例,以企业运营虚拟仿真实训中自主经营阶段的业务数据为素材,以学生小组分别经营多家核心制造企业、工贸企业、商贸企业为环境,以案例教学和虚拟仿真实验教学相融合的方法,帮助学生完成由仿真工作岗位体验到供应链理论反思再到供应链整体设计优化的创新决策全过程。学生首先以在进行企业自主经营,完成岗位业务流程,实现企业利润的基础上,由教师引导,通过课前任务和小组讨论,由关注企业自身成本转移到考虑上下游企业协同共赢,探索整体供应链的优化设计,并结合自主经营所形成的虚拟数据,利用工具软件建模计算,最终完成仿真量化的供应链管理方案。
