  摘要: 房地产估价行业属于房地产中介行业,随着我国经济体制改革的深化和房地产业的发展,房地产估价已日益引起业界和理论界的重视,无论是企业的兼并、联合,还是财产的抵押、典当和保险,或是政府对于社会经济的管理,无不与房地产估价相关。本实验教学案例以重庆市南岸区某真实的住宅房地产为估价对象,让学生独立完成估价前准备、估价对象现场勘查、估价资料整理分析、估价报告撰写等工作。本案例通过真实的房地产项目估价模拟,让学生掌握房地产估价市场比较法的原理、方法和操作步骤,为将来学生从事房地产估价行业打下基础。
