All kinds of orders: urgent orders, supplement orders, increase orders, subtract orders, canceled orders and so on. The customer complains about the delay of delivery. The coordination of supply, production and marketing has become the key and difficult point of manufacturing enterprises management. Theory of constraints (TOC) has been adopted by many enterprises for its simplicity, effectiveness and generality. TOC can reengineer the business process without increasing personnel, equipment and funds, so that the business of the enterprise can be greatly improved in the short term and the punctual delivery rate can be guaranteed. SAP is the leader of global ERP market. SAP Business One (SBO) is a unified platform specially designed for growing small and medium-sized enterprises with highly integrated real-time response. SAP Business One on HANA has a powerful interactive analytical reporting tool. This case combines the actual problem of delayed delivery encountered by typical manufacturing enterprise customers of TenSoft. The teacher guides the students to apply the theory of constraints through classroom teaching and on-site practical teaching, adopting the method of group discussion and group practice. Design business process reengineering based on SBO in order to achieve breakthrough improvement in cost and speed. Through the experimental teaching of this case, the purpose is to help students understand business process reengineering and get familiar with the use of SBO interactive tools. Grasp the essence of the theory of constraints, and focus on the cultivation and improvement of students' practical ability to formulate and regulate production plans. This experimental teaching case can be used as reference materials and case consultation for related practical work. It can also provide a case reference for the professional teaching of accounting, financial management and business administration in colleges and universities.
