电子商务与快递业的协同发展、迅猛增长,给人们的日常生活带来了便利。特别是在疫情防控期间,快递业有力保障了人们的居家隔离生活。然而,快递派送最后一公里的问题也更加突出。末端派送乱象频发,快递三轮车乱闯红灯,违规占道停车、摆摊设点屡禁不止。末端派送效率低、成本高。因地制宜的布局快递自提网点,方便用户自提快件,由箱式货车批量的将快件送到自提网点,将大大提高派送效率、减少末端派送人员的数量,有助于解决这一问题。本案例以北京城市副中心各小区的住户数来估计各小区的快递量,从百度地图获取副中心区域内的便利店为备选自提网点,建立整数规划模型,用于自提网点的布局优化。通过本案例锻炼学生搜集、利用相关数据,综合利用多种方法和技术来解决实际问题的能力。
